Procurement Process, Risk Management and Sustainability Specialist

What you’ll do

 

✔️ Process Design & Improvement

– Design and implement global procurement processes

– Set up standardized methodologies across regions

– Lead digitalization and automation projects

(e.g., negotiation bots, e-sourcing, supplier portals, analytics tools)

✔️ Procurement Tools & Systems Management

– Own and optimize procurement tools (ERP, spend analytics)

– Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams for system integration

– Train and support global purchasing teams in tool usage

✔️ Supply Chain Risk Management

– Develop and maintain a global risk management framework

– Monitor financial, geopolitical, and operational risks

– Propose mitigation strategies: dual sourcing, audits, contingency plans

✔️ Sustainability in Procurement

– Support and implement sustainable procurement strategies

– Contribute to corporate ESG and sustainability goals

✔️ Compliance & Governance

– Ensure processes comply with internal policies and legal regulations

– Support audits and internal procurement assessments

 

What we expect from you

 

🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or similar field

🔹 5–7 years of experience in automotive procurement (Tier 1 environment is a plus)

🔹 Hands-on experience in process design, risk management,

and procurement tool implementation

🔹 Knowledge of automotive standards

🔹 Advanced ERP systems, e-sourcing platforms, and analytics tools skills

🔹 Project and change management capabilities

🔹 Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving orientation

🔹 Fluent English (daily use)
