ESG Analyst
Full TimeWhat would be your key responsibilites:

Strategy & Goal Setting: set the path for the preparation of our Net Zero Strategy, defining both short-term and long-term targets. This includes identifying specific initiatives for natural resource management and implementing efficiency measures.

Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and implement requirements from European legislation (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy). You will ensure our reporting remains at the forefront of Czech and EU standards.

Climate Impact Analysis: Conduct rigorous studies on how global warming could possibly influence our business operations and assess climate-related risks and opportunities.

Reporting: Act as the primary technical point of contact to collect and alnalyze data for reporting to investors. You will be responsible for compiling precise data, ensuring alignment with ESG Risk Management Processes and SASB/SFDR metrics.

Stakeholder Engagement: Identify and address the ESG themes that resonate with our diverse stakeholders, including employees, customers, and financial partners.

Analytical Work: This is a data-heavy role. You will collect, verify, and analyze complex environmental and social KPIs to drive evidence-based decision-making.
What we require from you:

Experience: Proven track record in an ESG-focused role. You must demonstrate the understanding of what ESG means in practice within specific industries (e.g., energy, infrastructure, or manufacturing).

Analytical Mindset: Analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and perform detailed impact modeling.

Language: Native-level English is mandatory for frequent communication with international partners and the preparation of global reports.
